The Maher Ranch Metropolitan District governs the improvident district setup by the builder of the Sapphire Pointe Community, at that time Continental Homes (later DR Horton), Ryland Homes and others that came and went.
The meetings of the District are held at 6:30 PM on the first Wednesdays of March and November at the Sapphire Pointe clubhouse.
The Maher Ranch Metropolitan District Board currently has vacancies.
